What we collect and why
Contact form
Your name, email address and message. We use this to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, and steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
Job applications
Name, email, phone, CV and LinkedIn profile when you apply for a position. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract. We delete application material no later than 6 months after the process ends, unless you consent to longer storage.
Chat
Messages you send through the site chat, handled by Wix Chat. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering you.
Visitor statistics
Anonymised usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) via Wix Analytics, our website platform, only after your consent in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
Data processors
The website runs on Wix.com Ltd, which hosts the site, forms and chat. Wix may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Visitor statistics are processed by Web-Stat. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond these processors.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. Application material follows the 6-month rule above. Statistics are stored in aggregated form.
Your rigths
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@chlorisgroup.com. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, at www.datatilsynet.dk.
